How to take RUOK? Buckeyes Questionnaire?

Graduate and professional programs collaborate with the Ohio State University Suicide Prevention Program (OSU SPP) to provide the RUOK? Buckeyes service to their students.  Participating programs work with OSU SPP to schedule a date during the academic year to distribute the RUOK? Buckeyes Stress & Depression Questionnaire to their students.  Graduate and professional students in participating programs may voluntarily choose to access the Stress & Depression Questionnaire through a unique link sent by their academic programs to their BuckeyeMail.

We encourage you to take advantage of this personalized service to find out if stress or depression may be affecting you. The good news is that interventions for these concerns are available and highly effective. Proactively addressing these concerns can help you be healthier, happier and more successful in your academic, social and personal pursuits. While we certainly wish all students to attend to their overall wellness, please be aware that this screening is designed to reach students who may be experiencing significant stressors that are impacting their academic, personal and/or social lives, and have not sought out supportive services.

Graduate and professional students can find out if RUOK? Buckeyes is currently being offered by their program by reaching out to ruokbuckeyes@osu.edu.  Any questions, comments, or concerns regarding RUOK? Buckeyes may also be directed to ruokbuckeyes@osu.edu.
